Banana Bread Brownies

2 ripe medium bananas

2 eggs

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 cups rolled oats

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 cup dairy-free semi-sweet or dark chocolate

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and put aside. In a bog bowl, mash the bananas and combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Pour half of the batter into a previously greased pan, add 1/2 of the chocolate chips, put the rest and top with more chocolate chips. Bake for roughly 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into slices.
