Whole almonds (roasted or raw)
1 cup melted chocolate
toasted coconut flakes
In a 350 F oven, place your almonds in a cooking sheet and roast them for about 13 minutes. Let them cool and set aside.
Melt your chocolate with coconut oil, feel free to add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten your chocolate. In a separate cooking sheet with parchment paper, create little mountains with the almonds and pour a couple of tablespoons of melted chocolate over them, topped with whatever you want, and place it in the freezer for at least for one hour.
